Barn Owl Cottage is situated just 6 miles from Carmarthen and offers accommodation for 6 people. It boasts three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and a ground floor wetroom. The living space is arranged in an open-plan style and there is a large garden in which you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining. There is off road parking for 3 cars and the local pub is less than a mile away whilst only eight miles away is Pembrey Country Park Blue Flag Beach.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x flat screen TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock with DAB radio & CD player, WiFi (speed and connection subject to availability), small library of DVDs, games & books. Fuel, power & starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture & BBQ. Shared use of 15 acres of owners' land with river & fishing (rod licence required). Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Open river on land. Note: No children under 12, including infants. Note: No hen/stag parties. Note: Arrival is at 4pm. |
